By accessing this website or purchasing products from RevoltWare, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our website, services, or products.

RevoltWare reserves the right to restrict or deny access to its website, services, and forums at its sole discretion and at any time.

User Agreement

• All registration and payment information you provide will be true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account details if anything changes.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with these Terms.
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction or have received permission from a parent or legal guardian if you are.
• You will not access the site or services via automated methods (e.g., bots, scripts).
• You will not use the site or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Your use of the site will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you provide false, outdated, or incomplete information, RevoltWare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and block future access.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by users while using our services. Each user is fully accountable for their own activity.

Product Usage

To access RevoltWare products, you must purchase a valid license key or user account through our payment system. Some products may not be delivered instantly and will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase.

RevoltWare is not responsible for intellectual property violations caused by users. Users shall indemnify RevoltWare against any third-party claims resulting from such actions.

License Terms:

• Your account may only be used on one computer.
• If you change or replace your computer, access may be restored by a staff member after review.
• Accounts can be deactivated or deleted without notice for the following:
• Account or license key sharing without permission.
• Filing chargebacks, disputes, or claims against payments.
• Tampering with our software or using it for unintended purposes.
• Misuse, abuse, or misconduct.
• Violating our community rules or policies.
• Being affiliated with anti-cheat organizations or entities that oppose RevoltWare.
• Using virtual machines or spoofers in conjunction with our software.
• RevoltWare reserves the right to block accounts, devices, or entire networks to protect our platform.

Purchases and Payments

• You agree to provide accurate billing and account information for all purchases and to keep this information updated.
• All transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after payment has been submitted or received.
• Orders may be refused, limited, or canceled at our discretion — including those made from the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address.
• Unauthorized transactions or chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for digital goods once delivered or used. Refunds are not provided for partial usage. Please ensure the product suits your needs before purchase.

Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled if the product has not yet been delivered.

Downtime Compensation

We do not guarantee compensation or license pauses for server downtime or maintenance.

• Bypass any protections or limitations built into the software.
• Violation of these restrictions results in immediate termination of your license.

General Terms

• Either party may terminate this EULA at any time.
• Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the software.
• RevoltWare software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

Loader Use Policy

Account Security

• Do not share your account credentials. Each account is for individual use only.

Prohibited Actions

• Reverse-engineering, cracking, or bypassing loader protections is strictly forbidden.
• Distribution of the loader is unauthorized and prohibited.

Enforcement

• Any violations will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.
• Serious violations may result in legal consequences.
• Sharing your key will result in it being permanently banned, and you will be required to purchase a new one.
